Do Qogita invoices work for Amazon ungating? My live UK log

Every brand I’ve applied to ungate on Amazon UK with Qogita invoices since August 2026, with the dates, the attempts and Amazon’s own replies.

They have for me. Since August 2026 I’ve applied to ungate 5 brands on Amazon UK with Qogita invoices. Four are approved, 2 of them on the first attempt, and one is still going. Amazon makes the final decision, so your account may get a different answer from mine.

Below is every application, newest first: the dates, the attempts, Amazon’s own replies and what I did. For the full method, read my guide to getting ungated on Amazon UK. Rejections stay in, and when a mentee ungates a brand, theirs goes in too.

My record so far

  • 5 brands applied for, each with a Qogita invoice
  • 4 approved
  • 2 approved on the first attempt

HARUHARU has been rejected twice and the third application is in. Counts start from the first application with a Qogita invoice.

Every brand on this page went in with a Qogita invoice. Its invoices can support an ungating application; Amazon makes the final decision.

Dolce & Gabbana: ungated on Amazon UK after 5 attempts

Supplier: Qogita · Applied 9 Oct 2026 · Approved 11 Oct 2026

This one was my own fault. After years of selling, when a rejection lands I reapply without reading it. When I finally read one, Amazon had told me exactly what was wrong: the reference ASIN I'd used had been removed from the catalogue, and it wanted a new ASIN from the same brand. I swapped the ASIN and the next application was approved. Had I read the first email, it would have taken two attempts, not five.

Biodance: ungated on Amazon UK after 2 attempts

Supplier: Qogita · Applied 12 Aug 2026 · Approved 6 Oct 2026

I applied on 12 August. It came back on 19 August as not eligible, with Amazon saying it had found "potential document alterations". It was my Qogita invoice. Amazon sends this reason a lot. Sometimes they ring the supplier to check, but a lot of the time they don't. I left it far too long before trying again. When I did, on 2 October, it was approved four days later.

Michael Kors: ungated on Amazon UK first time

Supplier: Qogita · Applied 10 Aug 2026 · Approved 11 Aug 2026

Michael Kors had beaten me for a long time. I placed an order on Qogita, applied with that invoice on 10 August and had the approval the next day.

What the log has taught me so far

Read the rejection before you reapply

Most rejections are generic, so it’s tempting to resubmit straight away. Some tell you exactly what to fix. Dolce & Gabbana cost me three extra attempts because I didn’t read one.

Don't accept the first rejection

Biodance was turned down for “document alterations” on a Qogita invoice. I waited six weeks to reapply, and the next application was approved. A rejection is part of the process with Amazon, so keep going.

Mentee ungates

When one of my mentees ungates a brand, it goes here once they’ve sent me Amazon’s approval and are happy to be listed. None yet.

My mentoring is closed until January 2027.
