If you do online arbitrage, the buying is the fun part. The admin that follows isn’t. You’re buying from dozens of retailers, every order comes with a confirmation, a dispatch notice and a delivery update, and the more you scale, the more of it slips through. Parcels go missing between the retailer and the prep centre, refunds quietly never arrive, and the delivery code a driver needs is buried somewhere in your inbox.
I got sick of dealing with it in my own business, so I built software to do it for me. It’s called SellerOracle, and it’s live now.
SellerOracle is an AI purchase tracker for Amazon sellers. It connects to your email, reads every order confirmation, dispatch and delivery email from any retailer, and builds a live record of every purchase and expense in one place, without you typing anything in.
The whole point is this: if there’s an email, it’s tracked. Once an order confirmation lands in your inbox, that purchase is on record and it stays there. No purchase gets lost.
I’m launching it live on YouTube on Thursday 24 September at 7pm UK time. The stream is below, and it stays there as a replay afterwards.
Launch offer: enter code LAUNCH when you choose your plan and you keep the launch price on that plan for as long as you stay subscribed. With the code, plans start at £9.99 a month instead of £14.99. The offer ends at 11:59pm UK time on Sunday 27 September.
Why I built it
Tracking purchases properly is one of those jobs everyone knows they should do and nobody enjoys. Most sellers end up doing one of three things: not tracking properly and losing money to the gaps, losing hours every week to a spreadsheet, or paying a VA to do it.
I’ve written a whole series on where money leaks out of an Amazon business, from invoice documentation to reimbursements. SellerOracle is what I built for the purchase side of it.
Outside Amazon, my background is software. I spent seven years as a senior software engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, leading the build of a compliance platform to FDA 21 CFR Part 11, the standard for electronic records where data integrity is a legal requirement. SellerOracle holds the financial record of your business, so I’ve built it to the same standard.
What SellerOracle does
Once your inbox is connected, it picks up every purchase from order confirmation through to delivery, whichever retailer you bought from. It works with every retailer because the AI reads the email itself, so there’s no integration to break when a shop changes its email template.
- Every purchase logged automatically: product, quantity, price, order reference and retailer, with the ASIN pulled from the email when it’s there and a SKU generated for you. Cancellations and refunds are tracked too.
- Invoices saved to your own invoice vault, pulled straight from your order emails and ready for ungating, authenticity complaints, VAT returns and your accounts.
- Delivery codes on your dashboard the moment they arrive, so you’re not digging through your inbox while a driver waits.
- Payment verification alerts for orders Amazon will cancel if they aren’t verified in time.
- Expenses captured too: software subscriptions, tool receipts and other business costs, logged and categorised alongside your purchases.
- Delivery, prep and listing status on one record, so you can follow stock from checkout to a live listing.
- Spend by retailer, week and month, with a monthly spend target to buy against.
- Nothing dropped silently: anything the AI isn’t sure about gets flagged for you to check rather than guessed.
How it works
- Connect Gmail or Outlook, or forward your order emails to your own SellerOracle address from any email provider.
- SellerOracle imports your recent order emails first, then keeps picking up new ones as they arrive.
- Check a few orders against the emails, match any items that still need an ASIN, and you’re tracking.
You don’t need to change how you buy. As long as the order emails land in a connected inbox, they get picked up.
Is it safe to connect my inbox?
SellerOracle connects to Gmail and Outlook through each provider’s official sign-in, so it never sees or stores your email password. It only processes retailer and business emails: order confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates, verification codes and receipts. Personal emails and marketing are ignored. In Gmail it adds labels to the emails it has processed, and it doesn’t send, delete or mark anything as read. If you’d rather not connect a mailbox at all, you can forward your order emails instead.
Your data is walled off to your account, and that’s enforced in the code, not assumed. The email access has also passed an independent CASA security assessment by TAC Security.
Who is it for?
Anyone selling on Amazon who buys stock online. If you’re just starting, track from your very first purchase and you’ll never have to rebuild a messy spreadsheet later. If you’re buying at volume, it replaces hours of admin every week, or the VA you’re paying to do it.
What sellers are saying
I save 6 hours a week on admin. This software is an absolute game changer for my Amazon business.

I’ve lost thousands of pounds over the years to missing inventory and untracked purchases. SellerOracle changed that. Now I track everything. No more leaks.
