I’m Simon, and I run FBA Mogul. I’m a seven-figure Amazon FBA seller based between the UK and Dubai, and I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2022. Before that, I was a software engineer — which is a fancy way of saying I sat at a desk writing code until I figured out there was a better way to make a living.
I got into Amazon FBA through online arbitrage, and honestly, it changed everything. Within a few years I went from having no clue what a Buy Box was to turning over seven figures on Amazon UK. It hasn’t all been smooth sailing — I’ve had months where my profit was diabolical because I got lazy, I’ve had IP claims, I’ve had Amazon reject their own invoices (yes, really), and I’ve made plenty of expensive mistakes along the way. But that’s kind of the point. I’m not here pretending I’m perfect. I’m here because I’ve done the hard bits and I can help you skip a few of the painful lessons I learned the expensive way.
What FBA Mogul Actually Is
FBA Mogul is basically everything I wish existed when I started selling on Amazon. I spent ages trawling through YouTube videos, Reddit threads, and paid courses trying to piece together how this whole thing works — and most of the advice out there was either from people who didn’t actually sell on Amazon, or from American sellers whose advice didn’t apply to the UK market.
So I built what I couldn’t find: a proper UK-focused resource for Amazon FBA sellers, especially people who are just getting started with online arbitrage and retail arbitrage.

The FBA Mogul Discord — a free community of over 2,300 UK Amazon FBA sellers sharing deals, asking questions, and helping each other out. It’s genuinely one of the best communities out there for UK sellers, and I’m not just saying that because it’s mine.
OA Hero — a sourcing tool I built myself because I couldn’t find one that did exactly what I needed. Software engineering background came in handy for that one.
Mentoring — one-to-one coaching for people who want to fast-track their Amazon FBA journey. I resisted doing this for ages because I didn’t want to be “that guy,” but enough people asked that I eventually said yes. My Approach
I’ll be straight with you — I’m not a guru. I don’t have a “system” with a fancy acronym. I don’t promise you’ll be making six figures in six months. Anyone who tells you that is either lying or selling you something.
What I will do is show you exactly how I source products, share my real numbers (good months and bad months), and give you honest advice about what works and what’s a waste of your time and money. I’m a massive believer in online arbitrage for beginners because if you make a mistake, you can return the stock. Good luck doing that with a container of private label products from China.
The money is made in the buy, not the sell. That’s basically my whole philosophy in one sentence. Get the buying right, and the rest follows.
