Sourcing Secrets – Part 2 – Amazon to Amazon Business

Amazon 2 Amazon Business – Where the money is made

Welcome back to another blog post in the Sourcing Secrets series. In the last post, we covered standard Amazon to Amazon UK sourcing, one of the best ways to find fast, high-margin deals. Today, we’re moving on to something even better – Amazon to Amazon Business sourcing.

Amazon to Amazon Business is my favourite type of Amazon to Amazon sourcing. This is where you get access to quantity discounts, better pricing, and the ability to order larger volumes of profitable products.

In this blog post, I’ll walk you through what Amazon to Amazon Business sourcing is, how it works, how you can source deals, and why it’s a powerful edge you need to be using.

How Does It Work?

Amazon to Amazon Business sourcing works exactly like standard Amazon to Amazon in terms of the core concept:

  • You’re buying discounted products on Amazon.
  • You’re then reselling those products back on Amazon at full retail price or at a profit.

The difference is, you’re using an Amazon Business account instead of a standard customer account.

When you use a Business account:

  • You can access quantity discounts that are not available to standard customers.
  • You can order larger amounts of stock in one go.
  • The price per unit can drop significantly as you order more units.

For example:

  • You might buy 5 units and pay £28 per unit.
  • But if you buy 10 units, the price might drop to £26 per unit.
  • If you buy 15 units, the price might drop to £24 per unit.

This gives you a huge edge over other Amazon sellers who are buying one or two units at higher prices.

Important!

Not every Amazon deal will have an Amazon Business discount. Only select listings and select products will offer quantity breaks, so part of the skill is knowing how to spot and source these specific opportunities.

Ways of Sourcing Amazon 2 Amazon Business Deals

There are two main ways to source Amazon to Amazon Business deals:

1. Using a Discord Group (e.g., Profit Sweep)

The easiest and most efficient method is to use a Discord group that has a dedicated Amazon Business Monitor. Not all Discord groups have an Amazon Business bot. So it’s important you pick a group that does, groups like Profit Sweep are fantastic because they have a dedicated bot that pings Amazon Business exclusive deals straight to your Discord. This way, you don’t have to manually check product pages, you just act on the alerts as they come.

2. Using Keepa Deals Page

Another method is to use Keepa to hunt for Amazon Business deals yourself.
Here, you’ll see live price drops happening across Amazon. Set up an auto refresh extension on your browser so the page updates constantly. Set your filters along the filter section on the left hand side of the page and when you see a drop, click into the product to see if there are business discounts on that product. Make sure you’re logged into your Amazon Business account and if there’s a Business discount available, it will be shown clearly on the page. This method is slower than using a Discord group but it can uncover some hidden gems that the bots might miss.

Pros and Cons of Amazon 2 Amazon Business

Pros

✅ You can find the best types of deals — This is where the big discounts come in.

✅ Easy invoicing — The invoices match up to your business name perfectly, making accountancy and resolving any issues with Seller Central easy.

✅ Easy returns — If there’s a problem with stock, you’re covered just like a standard Amazon customer.

✅ Effortless sourcing — With a group like ProfitSweep or with systems in place, the deals can be pinged straight to you with minimal effort needed.

Cons

❌ You need a Business Account — If you’re not a Limited Company, you’ll struggle to get an Amazon Business account.

❌ Account limits — Most Amazon Business deals aren’t unlimited. You’ll often have a cap on the number of units you can order.

❌ Competition — Discord groups can be large, and a lot of people can get the same pings at the same time, leading to faster price drops.

❌ Potential hold — Sometimes you will have to hold products a little longer while you wait for the price to recover.

Amazon to Amazon Business Hacks

Here are some key A2A hacks that will make a big difference:

  • Always ensure you’re logged into your Business Account when checking deals so you can actually see the Amazon Business pricing.
  • Set up your Amazon Business Account under a different email and phone number than your seller account. This is by far the most important hack. Keeping your buying account and selling account completely separate is key to protecting yourself if there are ever any issues with your buying account.
  • Maximise your quantity discounts. When you find a deal, put in a large quantity in the box to test if you can push the quantity limit. For example, try ordering 20 units, if it doesn’t allow you to order that amount, try 15, 10, or 5. Always aim to buy the maximum you can at the best price to maximise your profit.

My Personal Method

Here’s the method i use for A2A Biz purchases:

  1. Receive the ping from Discord.
  2. Open the link in Amazon Business.
  3. Test the quantity. Put in as many units as possible to see how many you can get at the discounted price.
  4. Buy the product.
  5. Analyse the deal after purchase.
  6. Review the deal 4–6 hours later. If the price has recovered back to full RRP, happy days. If not, reassess the deal carefully, if you don’t believe in the deal anymore, simply cancel or delete the order.

Final Thoughts

Amazon to Amazon Business is where you can really make some serious money.

You’re getting all the benefits of standard Amazon to Amazon sourcing, plus you’re unlocking business discounts and buying power that regular accounts just don’t have access to.

If you’re already running a Limited Company, you definitely need to set up an Amazon Business account. If you’re not yet Limited, seriously consider it — it could be the move that takes your sourcing business to the next level.
