Welcome to another article on sourcing. In today’s post, I will guide you through what I consider the best method for finding products on Qogita. I have used this method to make over £50,000 in profit, and I am sharing it with you today.
This method does require signing up to a few bits of software, but trust me it’s worth it and they mostly offer free trials, one of these is even going to give you £120 for FREE.
What is Qogita?
Before we dive into the method I use, let’s make sure we are all on the same page in understanding what Qoigta is.
Qogita is a cutting-edge wholesale platform that allows Amazon sellers, TikTok sellers and any other kind of seller to get access to over 400 wholesalers all over Europe. Before Qogita came along you had to hit the phone and get rejected over and over trying to open a wholesale account.
Now, with just one Qogita account, you gain access to multiple wholesalers and a vast selection of wholesale products.
Step 1. Create a Qogita Account – Get £120 free credit
The first step is to ensure you have a Qogita account. One of the best things about Qogita is that you do not need to be an LTD company or be VAT-registered to open an account. You can be a sole trader or even an individual seller on eBay for example – It’s open to everyone who is in business.

You do not need a company registration number or VAT number, you can leave the VAT number blank and put N/A for the company registration number if you are a sole trader.

Step 3. Join Qogita Price Drops
So one of the most effective ways to source on Qogita is to monitor their site for any kind if discount or price drop on their products.
Believe it or not thousands of items on there are discounted every single day, so we need a way to monitor these discounts (or price drops) and then take advantage of them
So the next step is to register for Qogita Price Drops. This is a service that monitors Qogita constantly and then gives us all the price drops in the file every hour.

Step 4. Finding Deals – Let’s Make Some Money
Phew, we are finally ready to find some deals. Let’s go ahead and go through the entire process of how I find profitable deals every day.
Step 1
Go to the Qogita Price Drops server and locate the Qogita Monitors section.
You can see there are several channels which post deals based on the % discount starting with 5-10% all the way to 75-100% discount.
Below that we can see the price-change-csv channel, this is the one we are most interested in
Inside this channel, we can download a CSV file every hour for all the price drops that have happened in that past hour. These files are available on the hour every hour. Go ahead and download the latest one.
Step 2
Head over to Arbisource and on the right-hand side menu select scans.
On the scans page, you are going to want to select the wholesale button
Step 3
Now we need to go through the process of uploading the file and allowing Arbisource to scan our file for any deals it may have found.
Click on the UPLOAD button and select the file we downloaded from Qogita Price Drops.
Next, we need to give the scan a name and make sure we unselect “Check Restriction’s” as this slows down our scan.
Finally, we need to tell Arbisource which columns are which by selecting the correct column name from the drop-downs.
We need to tell it the following:
Column 1: Select UPC/EAN
Column 3: Select Product Name
Column 7: Select Price Inc VAT
Finally, if you scroll all the way over to the right, find the column called qogita_link and select Product URL. This bit isn’t essential but it makes it easier for us to open the products directly onto the Qogita website.
Now click START SCAN on the top right-hand side and Arbisource will get to work.
Step 4
Once Arbisource has finished scanning you can view the results
Now before we look at the results I like to use the filter to make sure we are looking at the best results only.
I like to set:
Minimum profit to £1
Minimum ROI of 15%
Then click Apply Filters
Finally with the results I like to order them by Confirmed Monthly Sales in order to make sure I am buying the fastest-selling items
Step 5
Now the rest of the work is up to you. You have all the best price drops for the past hour and have filtered and ordered them in the best possible way.
If you run this scan every hour, you can have the best chance of finding the best deals.

There you have it, the exact method I use to make £ 1000s on Qogita every week. While the method is fairly simple, you still need to put in the work to find those killer deals, but they are out there, trust me.
